Domuscula consists of a large living room with kitchenette and a bedroom with bathroom.

Access is from Municipio square through an underpass and an old stone staircase that bears the marks of medieval shelves. At the end of the staircase, a gallery bring to the entrance of the house.

Completely renovated, the house retains its old world charm with chestnut wood ceilings and pointed arches left in limestone.

The house is light and airy, and equipped with underfloor heating; the parquet is present over the entire floor area and the bathroom has a shower, hot water and a hairdryer.

 

 

The living area is furnished with armchairs and sofa bed, a table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette with two-burner stove, refrigerator and kitchenware.
